Misty was awesome. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. She was friendly and professional. There was a few ahead of me but she was able to take care of them in a satisfactory manner. I allowed a Lil guy to jump the line cause he was so eager to get his cut on and her patience with him was amazing. Finally it was my turn and she did an amazing job listened to what I wanted kept the conversation going and didn't get distracted. Just all around great experience.

I give a 4 star because my son was with me and she was very understanding but when it came to the blowout and styling I should have just gotten the cut because all she did was flat iron it. The blowout consisted of her blow it with the comb on the end of the blow-dryer. I asked for a edgy choppy shag and this is what I walked out with definitely will be playing with it and seeing how edgy I can make it lol
